We just received a really nice email from Garrett's mission president and wife. He arrived safely last night. As in most missions, his P-day will be Monday generally. We've all gotten used to hearing from him on Thursdays, this week will seem a little longer than usual. But I'm glad to have received this letter!
If you are interested in sending "real letters or packages" just send them through the US postal service to the mission home address. (listed below). Anything sent by UPS/Fed Ex/DHL will get held up in customs and incur enormous duties, and taxes. In addition, the mission president has to go personally to the government offices.
